The Director of Finance / Accounting is a senior leadership team member responsible for the financial health, integrity, and sustainability of the organization. This role oversees accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, audit, tax compliance, and internal controls, while also advising on strategic and programmatic decisions. The ideal candidate is a licensed CPA with nonprofit financial management experience who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level appropriate to a $5 million organization.
