  • Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this position is responsible for building relationships with current and prospective supporters, managing a mid-level donor portfolio, and helping donors deepen their connection to the organization’s mission and impact.

    This role will focus heavily on identifying and securing new annual giving-level donors, increasing recurring giving participation, and launching a new donor giving circle designed to encourage sustained support. The Development and Stewardship Manager will partner closely with the Events Manager on the organization’s Women’s Luncheon and Men’s Dinner — two key donor engagement events centered around recurring giving circle members and supporters — while also supporting the execution of fundraising events throughout the year.

    The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, highly organized, and excited about creating meaningful donor experiences that lead to long-term engagement and philanthropy.
