Son of a Saint is looking for an experienced, strengths-based clinician to support the emotional, mental and social well being of the boys in our community-based program. This Mental Health Professional will provide individual counseling as well as facilitate group therapy for boys processing similar experiences, such as grief and trauma.
Whenever possible, the Mental Health Professional will involve caregivers and families to provide psychoeducation, establish healthy boundaries, and open lines of communication. The Mental Health Professional will respond to and support boys and families during crisis situations as they emerge. On an organizational level, this position will develop and improve our policies related to behavioral health and crisis intervention.
The Mental Health Professional works closely with the case manager and the success coach. This position will operate within the context of our holistic and individualized program, which includes mentorship, tutoring, tuition support, recreational activities, travel, and career development opportunities.

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of Son of a Saint. The successful candidate will manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations, and contribute to our mission-driven goals through sound financial planning and analysis.
This position is responsible for performing all accounting, financial processing, reporting, and related data management functions. This includes system administration, management, and maintenance of all QuickBooks Online functions; accounts reconciliation; AR/AP management; tax and audits preparation; contract and budget management, tracking, and forecasting; and all other critical fiscal management responsibilities.
This role requires a passionate individual with strong leadership skills and a heart for community service. This individual will report directly to the COO/CFO.

Son of a Saint is looking for a part-time chef to join our team. This position will support the Son of a Saint Programming Team by preparing meals at the Son of a Saint headquarters for programming events using ingredients purchased by the Son of a Saint Nutrition Coordinator.

Son of a Saint is looking for a full-time Success Coach to join our team. This position will be responsible for guiding mentees through the program by building strong relationships, tracking individual progress, facilitating targeted follow-up, and serving as their advocate.
