Our programs look at the whole boy,not just his grades or goals, but his heart, confidence, and his sense of belonging. From academics to life skills, from mental health to new experiences, we equip our mentees with the tools to reach their fullest potential.

The Mentee Journey

Ages 10-12
FOUNDATION & CONNECTION
Mentees enter the program and begin forming trusted relationships with mentors and staff. This stage centers on understanding each boy’s interests, strengths, and needs.

Ages 13-16
EXPLORATION & GROWTH
As mentees mature, we lean into academic readiness and exposure to new experiences. Young men begin to test their interests and shape a clearer sense of identity.

Ages 17-19
PREPARATION & TRANSITION
In the final years of high school, support becomes more targeted and future-focused. Mentees navigate college planning and workforce readiness.

LAUNCH & LONGTERM SUPPORT
As alumni move through college, careers, and early adulthood, Son of a Saint remains a steady presence; offering guidance, opportunity, and support.
